Frequently asked questions
You are welcome exactly as you are. Below you will find answers to questions that often come up when you are considering guidance with INFINIVERSE.
- Do I need any experience with Tarot or spiritual guidance?
- No. You are welcome exactly as you are. I explain how the process works, and the session follows whatever is relevant for you.
- Do you predict the future?
- No. I use Tarot and Oracle cards as an intuitive mirror. They can bring patterns, influences, points of attention and possible directions into view, but I do not predict a fixed future. Your own choices and free will always remain central.
- Do I need to have a clear question?
- No. It is enough to sense that something in your life needs attention. We can start from there.
- How do I know which session suits me?
- You do not have to work this out on your own beforehand. If you have one concrete question, a Mini Reading may be enough. If you want to look more deeply at a pattern or a situation, a Soul Mirror Session may fit better. Deep Alignment, Premium Integration and The Brain Reset Code each go further, from their own focus. - Which sessions are available through WhatsApp?
- The Mini Reading is offered through WhatsApp. For the Soul Mirror Session you can choose between a WhatsApp Reading and a personal face-to-face session by appointment in Opwijk. The Deep Alignment Session, Premium Integration Session and The Brain Reset Code are offered face-to-face by appointment in Opwijk. The Soul Guidance Membership runs through WhatsApp for twelve months.
- What do I receive with a WhatsApp Reading?
- You receive a personal video in which you see me draw and lay out your cards, together with an extensive written reading in which I translate the cards, how they relate to each other and the intuitive messages that come through for you.
- What if I am not sure what I need?
- You really do not have to be. Sometimes you only know that something no longer feels right, that a pattern keeps returning, or that you need more clarity. That is enough to begin. From there we can look together at what needs attention.
- Are the sessions therapy or medical treatment?
- No. INFINIVERSE offers intuitive and spiritual guidance for reflection and personal awareness. The sessions are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace qualified professional care. They are not legal or financial advice either.
- Can I book a session for my child?
- Guidance for children is possible when it is appropriate for their age and situation, and always with the involvement and support of a parent or guardian. Please contact me first so we can look together at what is suitable.
- How do I get in touch or book a session?
- You can contact me directly on WhatsApp or through the contact page. Feel free to briefly mention what you are looking for guidance with and, if you already have a preference, which session appeals to you. From there we look at the next step together.
- How can I pay?
- You can pay by bank transfer or Payconiq. For a personal session, cash payment is also possible.
- Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
- A personal session can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel later, or do not attend without notice, 50% of the agreed price may be charged, insofar as permitted by law. You can find more details in the terms and conditions.
- When will I receive my WhatsApp Reading?
- In principle, you receive your reading within 48 hours once payment, the necessary information and the required confirmations have been received, unless we agree on a different time together.
- Where do face-to-face sessions take place?
- Face-to-face sessions take place by appointment only in Opwijk. You receive the exact location details personally once your appointment is confirmed.
- When can I reach you?
- Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 22:00. INFINIVERSE is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Members of the Soul Guidance Membership have their own WhatsApp windows on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
